Carly J. Fenske graduated from Villanova School of Law in 2003. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the President Judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. After practicing estate planning, municipal law and business law in Pennsylvania for 10 years, Carly and her family moved to Wisconsin where she continued her legal career while raising two children. Carly is a seasoned, senior attorney with nearly 20 years of legal experience who is passionate about guiding clients through the estate planning process to make sure they create a customized estate plan that provides for their loved ones and protects their assets. Carly recognizes that her clients’ concerns are not just legal issues, but part of their lives.
Carly graduated in 1999, cum laude and in 3 ½ years, from Florida State University with two bachelor degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies and a minor in Philosophy. Carly served as a congressional intern with the Florida Senate until starting law school. Carly received her juris doctorate in 2003 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Carly is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Carly is proud to serve her community in various ways – she served as a Sun Prairie Education Foundation Trustee, is a licensed USA Swim Official, teaches religious education at her local parish and is a volunteer for many local fundraisers throughout the year. She enjoys running half marathons, hot yoga, book club and being active in her kids’ sports teams.
Carly lives in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin with her husband, Jason, two children, Caiden and Grace, and their beloved pug, Maggie Mae.
